SITE is a one-night-only contemporary art festival that spans the entire 12-acre Goat Farm campus.
Atlanta Downtown will present work by award-winning designer Samantha Richardson via the MAP Rover. A brand-new public art projection program (on wheels!), the MAP Rover illuminates buildings and unexpected places with digital artwork, film, and photography. Richardson's vivid risograph prints, inspired by Downtown Atlanta architecture, have been transformed into hypnotic animations.
This event explores the concept of "site" in its various interpretations: a place of construction, a digital space, a temporal space, perception, & site-specific. We welcome proposals of all sizes and mediums — including performance, installation, film screenings, projection mapping, visual art, and more.
